“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?”

(Matthew 6:27)
We Christian believe that God takes control of our lives. But knowing nothing of what gonna happen in the future is often frighten us. Anxious comes and goes on our daily lives. If you are in distress, take a break, and just worship the Lord. Because our soul needs to be reminded of who walks before us, and who satisfies us.
Worship break with this Spanish song.
Original song by Fray Nacho.
Nada te turbe, nada te espante
Quien a Dios tiene, nada le falta.
Dios no se muda. Sólo Dios basta.
Nada te turbe, todo se pasa,
Sólo Dios basta
Translate:
Nothing disturb you, nothing frighten you
Whoever has God lacks nothing.
God never changes. God alone is sufficient.
Nothing disturb you, everything passes,
God alone is sufficient

worship music is a great way to calm one's spirit. Sometimes you have to be careful of some songs though…their message is not always truth. They may be pretty and seem like truth, but they aren't necessarily the truth of who our God really is. 🙂

I can relate to you taking a worship break through song. I use praise music everyday to start my day and to calm my fears. Always works for me.

We are all tend to get worry since we know nothing about future. Don't forget to relax and keep trusting God. Hopefully you cope with your things there, and thanks, Elise.

I so agree! I could be having the worst day but when I turn on worship music and really think about the lyrics, it brings me back to God and His perspective! Loved your video.. So beautiful!
